Counsel Atelier is led by Chinedum U. Okparaeke, an experienced attorney with over a decade of experience advising organizations on complex legal and business matters.
This practice is built on a simple idea: legal counsel should be clear, thoughtful and aligned with how a business actually operates.
I work with clients at the intersection of law and business. I help them make decisions with clarity and confidence.
My experience spans contracts, risk, compliance, and strategic advisory across both government and private sector environments. That experience informs a simple apporach: legal counsel should support how a business operates - not slow it down.
My approach will always be intentional: understand your business, identify legal and operational pressure points and provide guidance that is both practical and precise.
